Stranded on a desert island without your favorite book?  Let's fix that.

We read "weird is welcome" in the contest rules . . and it spoke to us :)  

-- name your favorite book, movie, or song -- and then try to create it by merging and combining classics until you create it.   (It starts from someone's observation that Paradise Lost is Milton mashing up the Bible and the Odyssey).

-- We realize we are a bit off the mark in terms of graphics for this jam.  We wrote this in an interactive fiction engine we're building, TaleWeaver++, an LLM-based game authoring tool (write stories, not code), but since it is essentially a choice game, an interesting graphic overlay/thumb-swipe seems within easy reach.  Databases of movie posters and book covers would be brought in as the playable elements.

-- We can imagine a version of this with leaderboards along the lines of.. "I got from Beowulf to The Joy of Cooking in 23 moves!"  or "Agree -- Iron Giant is E.T. meets King Kong."  

-- Title card artwork is ChatGPT.  Training set done through Llama.  Live pulls done through DeepSeek, Grok, or Chat -- whichever one seems to be the fastest at the moment.
